That was an 8 nil win, first time in that mission I've never lost a man. One of a few in any eight unit mission I've played. But for the first time in ages I got very lucky. 90% of my snapshots hit. Without that it would been a different game.
Yeah I noticed you didn't lose anyone. I thought I'd get one with the double grenade on the bottom right of the map, but no. All your men were closer than I'd anticipated. That's the trouble on the mission, your get your initial chance to attack, but then the counter-attack is painful. Well done for the annihilation in any case!
Good to have you back Henry's Cat. Probably said before I loved that feline, I was about 13 when that came out,too old for such cartoons really but always felt it was for older kids, had a nod and a wink. Count Duckula was too good for kids, I was embarrassed to be caught watching.
I liked Danger mouse although I was 12/13. Love David Jason and Terry Scott as Penfold. Cities of Gold was a little after my time but the forerunner Battle of the Planets I liked. Anyone remember Star Fleet?
Oh, I've not heard of Battle of the Planets. I was probably only about 6 or 7 when Cities of Gold was on. With hindsight it was probably partly responsible for me travelling round Central American and meeting my future wife! So it has #1 status for me. Did you ever watch Laputa? Of Studio Ghibli fame.
